Injection Moulding

This process is used to manufacture products such as pails, gallons, cans, chicken crates, HDPE industrial crates, PET preforms, PP bottle caps, and PP jar lids at Bioplast. The flow of the injection product manufacturing process can be seen in the flow chart below:

The resin is heated and injected into a specialized mould using modern injection machines to form products with high precision.

03. Product

Raw products that have been shaped through the injection process are removed from the mold, ready for the next stage.

05. Warehouse

Products that have passed quality control are packaged and stored in our warehouse, ready for shipment.

Products are measured using high-precision tools to ensure that each one meets the specified size requirements. Tight tolerances are enforced to maintain consistency.

Function

The product is tested for functionality to ensure there are no leaks and that its volume matches the specified capacity.

Strength

Strength test is conducted to ensure that the product can withstand load and pressure in daily conditions. Drop test is performed to evaluate impact resistance, whereas the stack test ensure that the product can be stacked without deformation or damage.
