Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on the staffing needs of each department.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, universities, and recruitment agencies as required for each position.
Screen resumes/CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with users/hiring managers to understand detailed position requirements and establish appropriate candidate criteria.
Arrange and manage the recruitment process, including user interviews, psychological/skills assessments, final interviews, and the job offer process.
Conduct salary and employment condition negotiations with candidates within the limits and policies established by the company.
Verify candidates’ documents, employment references, and administrative requirements prior to the onboarding process.
Manage and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment status reports.
Build and maintain networks with passive candidates, recruitment agencies, universities, and professional communities to support the company’s recruitment needs.
Provide recruitment reports and analysis of recruitment challenges or obstacles to supervisors/management.
Job Qualification
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
Experience handling recruitment for various position levels, from staff to supervisor. Experience recruiting for managerial positions is a plus.
Familiar with job portals such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Glints, and other recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques, including behavioral interviews and the STAR method.
Able to understand hiring managers’ requirements and translate them into clear candidate criteria.
Accustomed to working with time-to-hire targets and managing multiple recruitment positions simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Detail-oriented in verifying candidate documents and handling administrative requirements.
Strong analytical and recruitment reporting skills.
Preferred: Having an established network or recruitment experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
