Prepare periodic financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
Supervise and provide guidance to the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations, including Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, Tax, and Fixed Asset Recording.
Audit and review monthly reports prepared by the Operations Team, including AR and AP Aging, Outstanding Purchases, Bank Reconciliations, and Balance Sheet Accounts.
Ensure timely preparation, filing, and payment of periodic tax obligations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), PPh 25, Import Income Tax (PPh 22), PPh Article 4(2), Input and Output VAT (PPN), preparation of Monthly and Annual Tax Returns (SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan), Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other applicable tax requirements.
Prepare data and supporting documents required for both internal and external audits.
Periodically update the company’s legal and regulatory documents required for import activities, tax compliance, and the continuity of production processes.
Manage import (PIB) and export (PEB) documentation, including the administration and reporting of imported goods in accordance with applicable government regulations.
Ensure that all transactions comply with the company’s SOPs and internal policies.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Logistics teams on Inventory Control and Stock Opname activities.

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting.
Must possess Brevet A and B certifications.
CA, CPA, or ACCA certification is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accounting Staff. Experience working at a Tax Consulting Firm is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with company ERP systems and processes.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
