Ensure sales targets are achieved and drive sustainable sales growth.
Develop new markets, expand into new industry segments, and increase the number of new customers.
Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape, including customers' production processes, packaging requirements, and competitors' positioning.
Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, and translate them into business opportunities and effective sales strategies.
Manage corporate accounts by leading price and contract negotiations, handling customer objections, and maintaining strong business relationships.
Coach and mentor the sales team with practical, experience-based guidance, including product knowledge, negotiation techniques, customer engagement strategies, and sales best practices.
Develop and oversee sales forecasts based on market insights and sales data.
Present sales performance reports and market analysis to management, along with recommendations for business growth.
Job Qualification
Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
Established experience and professional network within one or more of the following industries: packaging, chemicals, paints & coatings, lubricants, food, or agrochemicals.
Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value sales deals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, including targets, forecasts, and profit margins, to support business decisions.
Proven ability to provide clear coaching, direction, and constructive feedback to sales team members.
Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, blow molding, and PET) and quality control is an advantage, but not required.
Willing to travel for business trips and possess a valid driver's license (Car and/or Motorcycle).
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), or equivalent professional experience.
