Monitor the sales team's activities through the Sales Force application.
Prepare and submit sales team performance reports to the Manager.
Track the weekly sales target achievement of each Sales Executive.
Provide guidance and solutions to the sales team regarding issues encountered during the sales process.
Conduct customer visits independently or together with members of the sales team.
Prepare weekly sales team meetings, including materials, data, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
Act as a liaison between the Manager, the sales team, and other departments (Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance).
Ensure smooth order fulfillment by monitoring order status, inventory availability, production readiness, and delivery schedules in accordance with customer requirements.
Represent the Manager in routine coordination meetings when the Manager is unavailable.
Job Qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, sales administration, or sales analysis.
Proficient in analyzing sales data using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), including Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as reports will serve as a basis for management decision-making.
Able to coordinate effectively across departments and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Strong reporting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience or knowledge of manufacturing production and logistics processes is an advantage, but not required.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
