Bioplast is committed to providing design printing services on packaging to support customers' branding, where each design created by the customer can be printed using the technology available. We offer three types of printing technologies: Screen Printing, Heat Transfer Label (HTL), and In Mould Label (IML).
1. Screen Printing
Commonly referred to as Silk Screen Printing, this is one of the most popular printing techniques in the packaging industry. The colors produced are varied but limited to basic colors with standard quality.
2. Heat Transfer Label
This method involves printing designs on pails, gallons, and cans by transferring labels onto the surface of the packaging using heat and pressure on the body of the container.
3. In Mould Label
This is a printing method for pails, gallons, and cans that can produce a wide range of colors, graphic effects, and textures with a High Definition (HD) result.
